Foam & Wash Laundromat

Have to get their laundry card and load with cash or credit, debit, EBT, but the card is only $1. Very clean and organized, different size washing machines, lots of dryers. There are people to help you if you have questions or problems, they do wash for you as well. Several sitting areas with comfortable chairs. Lots of folding table areas. One of the nicer laundromats that I've seen. When you enter the parking area, you see foam n wash car wash and dog wash, I thought I was in the wrong place, the laundry is toward the back.

I definitely loved that place—everything was comfortable and clean. Plus, there was a waiting area, and a spot for the kids to have fun while we took care of our business. Excellent—I give it a 10! Thank you.

This place is clean and has many options but the sign on the door says "last wash is at 8pm." The person in charge at night shuts off the washers at 8pm so you guys should update your business hours.

I have used the foam and wash laundromat in Wappingers falls a couple of times. I have always had a pleasant experience. Today I stop by to wash some blankets and household items everything is going well my washing machine stops and I go to place my items in the dryer. As I go to pay I realized I placed money in the wrong dryer and I decide just move my blanket over o the dryer I put money. Once I open the dryer I see that someone put fabric softener beads in the dryer that I placed my money in. I proceed to the front desk to ask the attendant if there was any way to use another dryer and just be reimbursed for the money I put in the dryer or if she could clean the dryer out. I was told that due to not paying attention they are not responsible for reimbursing me the money to use another dryer and that the customers are responsible for cleaning out the dryers on their own. That the staff has nothing to do with that. I finished my laundry and will not be back I will also be calling to make a complaint. An establishment that makes patrons clean their own machine's. Wow I have never heard of that before and signs should be placed up to state that policy . The sign attached are the only

Great in concept, if not in practice. A nicely appointed space with plenty of seating, this laundromat is very clean and would be great if more than 50% of the machines worked. (All of the real large ones are out of service and enough of the $3.25 small ones are broken that you have to wait for a free machine.) In terms of buying a card in lieu of using coins, this only works with VISA and Mastercard. Having a car wash next door must have felt like the perfect opportunity to do a lot of cleaning back when everything worked, but today this is a huge disappointment.
